These Terms and Conditions govern your use of all TECHNICAL GRAPHICS products and services, including the www.technicalgraphics.net website and all of its content.

BY USING THE TECHNICAL GRAPHICS WEBSITE (INCLUDING ITS CONTENT) AND/OR PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THEM, DO NOT USE THE TECHNICAL GRAPHICS WEBSITE, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.

TERMS OF SERVICE

The TECHNICAL GRAPHICS website, its content, products and services are available to any person of legal age, who is legally capable of entering into contracts (binding agreements). As proof of compliance with these criteria, identification data or contact information may be required, having accessed all (or some) of the services and/or products.

These Terms and Conditions are established between Us (TECHNICAL GRAPHICS) and the Users. No other person is entitled to benefit from them.

Available Services

Web Development

TECHNICAL GRAPHICS’ basic tool for creating and hosting websites is fully accessible to any and all Users. Development is limited mainly in terms of storage space, monthly allowance for traffic limit, the number of available e-mail addresses and other limitations. For an accurate and up-to-date description of our services, please visit our store section.

Prices

All services have a fixed price that can be temporarily replaced by special/promotional prices. Prices can be consulted in our Shop section.

The final price is always shown to the User during the purchase process before placing the order and the purchase order. We do not charge for costs related to the delivery of the service or product. The customer agrees that if the obligation to declare and pay taxes arises, the customer will comply with the obligation in the country of registration of the company for which the service is purchased.

Registration and ownership of the domain name

The person or entity acquiring the domain name is the legal owner of the domain name. TECHNICAL GRAPHICS intervenes only as technical administrator and intermediary entity between You and the organization that assigns the domain name.

If You (the domain owner) decide not to renew the domain, TECHNICAL GRAPHICS is not responsible for any problems that may arise as a result of the domain expiration. If you do not provide the short time for domain renewal, the domain may be irretrievably lost and TECHNICAL GRAPHICS is not responsible for it. All domains are locked by default for transfer. They can be unlocked at the request of the domain owner.

You can register a domain name and maintain your privacy/anonymity to avoid receiving SPAM (unsolicited email messages) or being found in online databases. During the registration process, you will be asked to disclose your contact information, but it will only be used for billing purposes (e.g. to create an invoice). In the case of Domain Registration with Privacy, your personal information will not be disclosed and will be replaced by the contact details of an external, third party company.

Contract and cancellation of the contract

Contract

The purchase of a product or service can be completed by means of an electronic order. The placement of the product or service offered on our website is considered as the starting point for the conclusion of the contract. A binding contract between you and TECHNICAL GRAPHICS is initiated when you order a service and payment is successfully completed. The purchase order is considered to be “Successfully Completed” when the same has been paid in full and an invoice is available in the Administration of your TECHNICAL GRAPHICS account, after logging in as a user in the right Menu, in the section “My invoices”. Withdrawal from the contract is subject to a specific set of criteria and conditions (see section 6.5).

Cancellation of the contract

Cancellation of the contract is possible even after the expiration of the withdrawal period provided that you do not request a refund of costs. Requests for cancellation or alteration of the purchased services (i.e. any request that has an impact on the functions of your project) must be sent by You (the project owner) in writing (by email) and by using the email address used to register the project.

Contract duration

Contracts for the purchase of Premium plans are made for a minimum period of 1 year and up to 10 years. Domains have a minimum contract period of 1 or 2 years (depending on the provider’s conditions) with a maximum contract period of 10 years. For all other services, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, the contract ends once the service is provided. For an accurate and up-to-date description of our services, please visit our Price List page.

Correction of order data

If you add incorrect data during the creation of the electronic order for services, please inform our Customer Service department immediately. Please note that data can be changed only within two hours of order creation. Any request submitted after this period may not be processed correctly.

User’s consent to the use of remote communication

You hereby grant us your consent to use the means of remote communication during the performance of the contract. Expenses incurred by the user through the use of remote means of communication (such as the cost of Internet connection, telephone costs) are covered by the user.

Private information and privacy

You may be asked to add your personal information on various TECHNICAL GRAPHICS sites. Please see the Privacy Policy page for details on how we handle personal information.

If, through our products or services, You process personal information of individuals, either as a controller or processor of personal data, You agree to comply with the rules set out in national legislation governing data processing.

Changes and updates of TC

TECHNICAL GRAPHICS reserves the right to update, at any time, the Terms and Conditions (TC), at its discretion, to take into account legal, industry-related or any other changes in the Status Quo. You will be notified of any changes to the TC by email to your email address at least 15 days before the new version of the TC becomes effective. You have the right to reject changes to TCs by notifying our Customer Service Department. The cancellation period must be equal to the number of days remaining until the expiration of the service/product (no automatic renewal will be performed). If you do not reject the changes to the TCs that have been duly announced, the relationship arising from the TCs will be governed by the new version of the TCs, as notified to you. The most recent updated version of this agreement is available on the website www.technicalgraphics.net. We strongly encourage all users to read this agreement in its entirety and review it periodically. The documents are current as of the date they were last updated.
